Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order ships, transit times usually run:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your carrier, your location, and whether your local mailperson stopped to pet a cat.

The moment your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Refresh it obsessively — we do too.
Wrong Address?
If you entered the wrong address, please email us ASAP at AlliesCatHouses@gmail.com
If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it for free.
If it has shipped… well… your package might go on an unexpected adventure.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package is handed to the carrier, it’s in their fuzzy little paws.
- Lost or stolen? Email us. We’ll help however we can.
- Marked delivered but nowhere to be found? Check neighbors, bushes, and anywhere a mail carrier might hide a box. Then contact us.
International Shipping (If applicable)
We currently only ship to the USA.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties.
We do not control customs — they operate on their own mysterious timeline.
Holiday Shipping
During November/December, orders may take a little longer due to high volume.
